NTI Boilers, Inc. Receives Prestigious Community Service Award

NTI is proud to announce that we have been awarded second-place for “Newcomer Employment Champions: Engagement” by Newcomer & Community Connections of the YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick, and Working NB, sponsors of the Southwestern New Brunswick Newcomer Connections program.

The Newcomer Connections program works with highly skilled professionals who have chosen to immigrate to Saint John and are seeking to immerse themselves in our culture and community on their journey to becoming Canadian citizens.

NTI appreciates the benefits that a diverse and inclusive workforce brings and works with the Newcomer & Community Connections program in a hiring cooperative: NTI matches Newcomers to Saint John with available NTI jobs that suit their skills, and in return receives tips and training from the Newcomer & Community Connections program on how to assist our Newcomers with their adjustment and assimilation into life in Southwestern New Brunswick.

NTI and its people are honored to have been nominated and chosen for this award, and we look forward to continuing our mutually successful business relationship with Newcomer & Community Connections of the YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick and Working NB!
