Ariston Thermo acquires controlling interest of HTP and expands its footprint in North America

NTI is pleased to announce that on July 31, 2017 Ariston Thermo Group purchased controlling interest in HTP of New Bedford Massachusetts. This is a strategic acquisition, which makes Ariston Thermo a significant force within the North American boiler and water heater market. Ariston Thermo acquired controlling interest of NTI in 2016 and its strategy remains unchanged: support and develop NTI premium brand and unique expertise in the condensing boiler market throughout its well-established presence both in Canada and in the USA.
