1. FTG Upgrade Kit

Immediate steps required. (February 2026)

Ariston Canada Inc. (“NTI”) is issuing this safety notice to provide important safety-related information regarding FTG series boilers manufactured before January 8th, 2026

The upgrade kit must be installed as soon as possible.

2. TRX Recall (March 2025)

We are issuing a recall for certain TRX150, TRX199, and TRX199C Series II models due to a potential safety hazard. It has come to our attention that some burner door studs may become loose during operation, posing a risk of injury or damage.

3. TFT Recall (July 2018)

We at NTI have discovered a potential issue with the secureness of a grommet seal inside selected Tft boilers. While the likelihood of failure of this component is extremely small, the safe and efficient operation of our NTI boilers is our highest priority.
