Ariston Revamps NA Heating Tech Support
Ariston North America is proud to introduce a NEW first-level call center for the NTI brand
in North America. On December 18, 2025, the new call center began operations, with
agents who speak English, French, and Spanish as part of ongoing efforts to shorten hold
times.
As our customers’ initial point of contact, the NEW first-level team will handle the
following:
– Less technical topics such as part number inquiries, contractor
recommendations, warranty details, product features and functionality
information
– Managing the NTI online Live Chat
– Basic troubleshooting tasks, such as resetting a lockout
For more complex issues, the first-level team will quickly collect caller details and
seamlessly connect with the second-level team.
This process will give second-level teams the time to concentrate specifically on delivering
the technical support you need.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we onboard our new center. Although
comprehensive initial training has been provided to our team with full recognition of the
industry’s complexities, delivering our products and service at the standard you expect
requires continued development. To ensure excellence, we are offering ongoing feedback,
coaching, and weekly training for our new staff.

Portal—no need to contact NTI directly.
– Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel where new videos are uploaded
weekly. You can sort by playlist for topic- or product-specific content.
